This position is for the Seattle Studio. The studio is focused on many project types and scales. Desired Qualifications:

We are seeking candidates who possess a minimum of 8 years of experience and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills in engaging with clients, contractors, and junior staff and will work as part of an interdisciplinary team. They will be responsible for managing the production of designs, presentations, and working drawings while coordinating necessary personnel and firm resources. They will be responsible for maintaining relationships with clients, organizing a workflow, and leading a team.

Additionally, successful candidates will have experience managing and coordinating the work of a consultant team; an interest in a wide range of project types from high end residential to public projects; and an understanding of all phases of a project. This position provides the opportunity for growth, advancement, and innovation within the design profession.

Requirements & Work Experience

This position requires interpersonal, organizational and communication skills necessary to manage a variety of project scales from planning to detail design. The ideal candidate will have technical expertise and is proficient hand drawing and writing skills.

Fluency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite are required, as well as work experience applying these skills in an office setting. Land FX, Sketch up, Rhino, and other design visualization software is preferred, but not required.

  • Legally able to work in the US.

  • Min. 8 years’ work experience

  • BLA or MLA from and accredited landscape architecture program or equivalent

  • Licensed in the state of WA preferred or the ability to get licensed.

  • Precision and attention to detail

  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Remote work on a case-by-case basis, min. 3 days week in office first 3 months.

  • Some travel within the US may be required.
